Founded in 1995, Top Sabor quickly stood out in the market of pre-cooked and ultra-frozen savories for the quality of its products. Its manufacturing and marketing processes are characterized by respect for traditional recipes and compliance with the most stringent food safety standards.
Samosas are certainly the most well-known (and sought-after) product of this company. In fact, the numbers are impressive: Top Sabor currently has a production capacity of around 8 million samosas per year. However, the preparation of each one seeks to honor the typicality of this delicacy, never compromising its homemade flavor.
Today, the company operates in a modern-profile technology park, implemented in a structure of about 1000 m². The distribution of its products takes place throughout the country, ensuring all necessary precautions in transportation with controlled temperatures. Additionally, it has invested in exporting to markets such as Spain and France.
With a partnership established in 2003, Centralmed has accompanied practically all phases of the evolution of Top Sabor. This relationship extends, therefore, to a wide range of intervention areas: from support in OHS to the constant training of the teams, including ensuring all procedures of Occupational Medicine.

"It has been a very challenging process, but at the same time, gratifying, as we achieved all the objectives proposed by the organization and partners. The biggest obstacle is always the word "change." However, through a lot of internal information/training, with training sessions conducted by Centralmed, all workers were able to ask their questions and concerns. After these trainings, everything was clarified and understood, leaving a positive feeling about the "change." All the availability and knowledge of the technicians proved to be fundamental and surprising."

The results are, therefore, very positive. The increasing investment in worker training, for example, points in this direction. Initially, Top Sabor chose to conduct an average of three training sessions per year, covering only the minimum number of workers required by the legal framework. Currently, the scenario has changed, with a broader and fruitful investment.
Every year, the company’s workers participate in trainings conducted by Centralmed’s technicians, in the context of OHS and other key topics for Top Sabor‘s activity. Thanks to this investment, the company records a very low average of work accidents, for example. It is an exemplary organization, whose conduct has been recognized (and praised) by the Labor Conditions Authority (ACT).
In this regard, the Executive Director of Top Sabor emphasizes that the goals achieved, in line with the demanding internal objectives, had a noticeable influence on the satisfaction of workers, suppliers, and, of course, customers. “We could not be more fulfilled with these results,” he concludes.
