There are partnerships that, due to their longevity and productivity, become truly symbiotic. This was the case in the prolific relationship between Top Sabor and Centralmed, which in 2023, celebrated 20 years of existence. This company — an undeniable reference in the national sector of savory manufacturing — has faced a series of challenges over the past two decades, particularly in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Thanks to Centralmed’s support, it has always found the best solutions, which have sustained continuous and solid growth.
What is Top Sabor and what was its challenge?
Founded in 1995, Top Sabor quickly stood out in the market for pre-cooked and deep-frozen savory snacks due to the quality of its products. Its manufacturing and marketing processes are therefore guided by respect for traditional recipes and compliance with the most rigorous food safety standards.
Samosas are undoubtedly the most well-known (and sought-after) product of this company. In fact, the numbers are impressive: Top Sabor currently boasts a production capacity of around 8 million samosas per year. However, the preparation of each one seeks to honor the typicality of this delicacy, never compromising its homemade flavor.
Today, the company operates in a modern-profile technology park, implemented in a structure of about 1000 m². The distribution of its products takes place throughout the country, ensuring all necessary precautions in transportation with controlled temperatures. Additionally, it has invested in exporting to markets such as Spain and France.
With a partnership established in 2003, Centralmed has accompanied virtually all phases of Top Sabor’s evolution. This relationship thus extends to a wide range of intervention areas: from OHS support to the constant training of teams, including the assurance of all Occupational Medicine procedures.
