The partnership between Socorsul and Centralmed began in 2012, with significant strengthening from 2019 onwards. Since then, it has proven fruitful in establishing a solid culture of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). The results of this close and trust-based support are now quite visible.
A A Socorsul was established in 1986. Since then, it has been engaged in commercial and industrial activities in the area of waste recovery and valorization, with the fundamental mission of effectively protecting the environment through recycling. Its journey to the present day has been marked by constant growth in the market in which it operates.

A A Socorsul makes a very positive assessment of the results obtained between 2019 and 2021. In this regard, they highlight the importance of monthly in loco visits conducted by Centralmed specialists, aimed at closely monitoring the implementation of the measures outlined in the OHS action plan.
In this way, the Centralmed/ A Socorsul partnership resolved 25% of the identified risk situations during the first assessments as early as 2020. By the end of 2021, 39% of these threats had been addressed.
This progressive and significant improvement in the company’s OHS policies is reflected in the number of workplace accidents/incidents over the past two years. After recording one workplace accident in 2019, it achieved zero occurrences in 2020, maintaining this figure in 2021.
