The Training Plan aims to contribute to the development of human potential in response to market needs by empowering professionals to deliver high-quality services. The objectives of the training plan are to identify training needs, organize, and facilitate the collection of information regarding the needs of any organization that seeks to provide knowledge and promote skills to its professionals.

Centralmed provides full support to its clients in developing their Training Plan, from Training Needs Diagnosis to evaluation of training actions, including planning, legal framework, and execution.

The Needs Assessment emerges as the first stage of the training process. In this stage, the company’s strategic objectives, the hierarchy’s expectations, and the employees’ requests are analyzed.

Based on the information gathered in the previous stage, training proposals are defined, setting the objectives to be achieved through the training course and selecting the methodologies and educational resources that stimulate learning. Once the training path is designed, the next step is the planning and execution of the training action.

The process concludes with the evaluation of the training action and the definition of improvement actions, which will serve as inputs for the new training needs assessment.

In the evaluation of the training action, the satisfaction levels of the various participants in the training process are assessed, including trainees, trainers, pedagogical coordination, and the Client company’s representatives.

Three to six months later, impact assessments of the training are conducted to evaluate the added value of attending the training. With the acquisition of this service, the client is guaranteed to carry out the entire training activity process according to the identified needs, contributing to the improvement of their employees’ performance.
