Description

This course aims to create a culture of Organizational Well-Being in the workplace, with the goal of communicating and leading initiatives that promote Well-Being among colleagues and/or employees, contributing to a healthier, more diverse, more equitable, more inclusive, and more productive work environment.

Its objectives are:
1. Identify and encourage the reduction of anxiety and stress levels;
2. Prevent Burnout Syndrome;
3. Enhance mental and physical health levels;
4. Encourage the use of strategies that improve work-life balance.

Target Audience

Middle management, supervisors, and team leaders, as well as other employees willing to take an active role in promoting Well-Being in the workplace.

Program Content

  • Creation of a Well-Being culture: Foster a supportive and belonging environment among colleagues and/or employees.
  • Increased engagement and commitment: Involve colleagues and/or employees in the design and implementation of Well-Being initiatives.
  • Promotion of mental health: Break taboos and provide confidential support to colleagues and/or employees with mental health issues.
  • Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion: Raise awareness among colleagues and/or employees about current issues impacting People’s Well-Being.
  • Greater productivity: Reduce absenteeism and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
