First Aid – Learn to apply effective first aid techniques based on the recommendations of the Portuguese Resuscitation Council (CPR) for Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures;
Fire Safety – Characterize the fire phenomenon and recognize the principles of intervention in case of fire emergencies;
Facility Evacuation – Raise awareness among trainees about basic actions during an emergency (fire, flood, earthquake, leakage, and spillage of hazardous substances, among other situations) and the correct procedures for evacuating company employees.
Civil Construction Module
Mechanical and Manual Handling of Loads – Raise awareness of the main safety rules to be considered in the mechanical and manual handling of loads, to promote Workplace Safety and Health and prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
Safe Operation of Machines and Equipment – Machinery Directive – Provide trainees with solid knowledge in the safe use of Machines and Equipment.
