Safety Module

1. First Aid – Learn to apply effective first aid techniques based on the recommendations of the Portuguese Resuscitation Council (CPR) for Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures;
2. Fire Safety – Characterize the fire phenomenon and recognize the principles of intervention in case of fire emergencies;
3. Facility Evacuation – Raise awareness among trainees about basic actions during an emergency (fire, flood, earthquake, leakage, and spillage of hazardous substances, among other situations) and the correct procedures for evacuating company employees.

Communication Module

1. Topic 1: Self-awareness and Leadership;
2. Topic 2: Effective Verbal/Oral Communication and Impactful Non-verbal/Body Language;
3. Topic 3: Managing Anxiety in Communication and Immaterial Communication;
4. Topic 4: Communication with Different Audiences;
5. Topic 5: Crisis Management and Communication in Conflict Situations.
