Description

This course aims to provide participants with a set of more in-depth knowledge of MS Excel.

Target Audience

All employees who wish to develop their skills in Excel.

Program Content

  • Module 1 – Tables, Statistics, and Logic:
    • Table formatting;
    • Data entry in tables:
    • Naming tables, columns/rows, and cells:
    • Advanced statistical functions:
    • Use advanced logic functions.
  • Module 2 – File Search and Management
    • Use of advanced search functions;
    • Basic Concept of Databases;
    • Creating a Data List;
    • Use Forms;
    • Data Entry Validation;
    • Protect Cells, Sheets, and Workbooks.
  • Module 3 – Pivot Tables and Charts:
    • General description of Pivot Tables
    • General description of Pivot Charts
    • Create a pivot table or pivot chart from spreadsheet data.
  • Course evaluation and closure.
