Description

This course aims to present the essential concepts of Microsoft Excel, allowing participants to explore and use the basic functionalities of the spreadsheet. Participants will learn to create and organize spreadsheets, apply simple formulas and basic functions to process numbers, and use data organization and filtering tools, enabling them to work with Excel efficiently and independently.

Target Audience

All employees who wish to develop their skills in Excel.

Program Content

  • Module 1 – Introduction to the concept of spreadsheets. Learn the most relevant aspects to start working;
  • Module 2 – Building a Spreadsheet:
    • Introduction and data editing;
    • Data types;
    • Operations with cells, columns, and rows;
    • Basic operators;
    • Operations with sheets;
    • Navigation in the sheet and workbook;
    • Auto-fill;
    • Custom lists.
  • Module 3 – Formatting:
    • Formatting numbers, text, and dates;
    • Cell formatting;
    • Conditional formatting.
  • Module 4 – Formulas and Functions:
    • Operators;
    • Simple calculations;
    • Use of basic statistical functions.
  • Module 5 – Charts:
    • Concept;
    • Construction;
    • Formatting.
  • Module 6 – Data Exploration:
    • Data sorting;
    • Automatic filters and simple searches;
    • Use of the searched information.
  • Module 7 – Printing and Other Tools:
    • Page setup;
    • Preview;
    • Cell, sheet, and workbook protection;
  • Course evaluation and closure.
