Description

This course aims to improve Organizational Well-Being and employee satisfaction. To this end, it also seeks to achieve the following specific objectives step by step:
1. Increase leaders’ self-awareness of mental health through self-knowledge and self-evolution strategies;
2. Raise leaders’ awareness of the causes and consequences of stress and burnout, grounded in the central axes of Organizational Well-Being;
3. Promote leaders’ skills to manage the diagnosis, planning, and implementation of Organizational Well-Being programs that aim to promote mental and physical health among workers, as well as healthier, more diverse, and more equitable work.

Target Audience

It is aimed at leaders, as well as other employees being prepared to assume leadership roles with the intention of taking an active role in promoting Well-Being in the workplace.

Program Content

  • Creation of an Emotional Well-Being Culture: Foster a supportive and belonging environment among colleagues and/or employees.
  • Increased Engagement and Commitment: Involve employees in the design and implementation of Well-Being initiatives.
  • Promotion of Mental Health: Break taboos and provide confidential support to employees with mental health issues.
  • Promotion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Raise employees’ awareness of current issues impacting People’s Well-Being.
  • Greater Productivity: Reduce absenteeism and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
