1. Increase leaders’ self-awareness of mental health through self-knowledge and self-evolution strategies;
2. Raise leaders’ awareness of the causes and consequences of stress and burnout, grounded in the central axes of Organizational Well-Being;
3. Promote leaders’ skills to manage the diagnosis, planning, and implementation of Organizational Well-Being programs that aim to promote mental and physical health among workers, as well as healthier, more diverse, and more equitable work.
It is aimed at leaders, as well as other employees being prepared to assume leadership roles with the intention of taking an active role in promoting Well-Being in the workplace.
