Centralmed has supported this project of excellence, endorsed by Chef V\u00edtor Sobral, to this day. Operating in the restaurant sector, topics related to food safety and hygiene have occupied a central place in this collaboration.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element responsible for a variety of dining spaces, namely: Padaria da Esquina (Lisbon), Oficina da Esquina (Azores, Angra do Hero\u00edsmo), Taberna da Esquina (Lisbon), Otro restaurante (Lisbon, Avenida), and Lota da Esquina (Cascais).<\/p><p>\u201cInitially, the main challenge was the initial support for the opening of the first unit, namely overseeing the construction, the project, the acquisition of equipment, the development of workflows, among others,\u201d says Jos\u00e9 Figueiredo, <i>Head of Procurement<\/i> of the company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element practices<\/a>, including overseeing the pre-opening of all units. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c3e24c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4c3e24c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title
